Board Wide Protocols

This thread explains all the rules and protocols that our community is strictly following. It also explains the possible violations that a member may commit and the exchanged penalties / punishments depending on their violations. This article must be read and strictly followed by every member joining the community of “Vios Tech”.
Spamming:
• Abusive titles.
• Nonsense posts or comments.
• Using offensive words.
• Arguing with other members or staffs.
• Abusing the usage of smileys of punctuations will be considered as spamming.
• Bullying and threatening is also considered as spamming.
• Acting as one of the staffs regardless of position.
• Making a random post may lead to infractions for spamming. Random posts are divided into two scenarios.
Reposting the same post that other member already posted in forums.
Posting in a wrong category.
Advertising
• Posting outside links and kind of advertising is strictly prohibited by the community. However, posting the main source of your article is an exception to this rule.
Posting Unwanted & Offensive Materials
• Any images / posts that may cause an offensive outcome to others is prohibited. This includes the materials that may degrade others.
Posting Nude / Pornographic Materials
• One of the major offenses. Our community does not support explicit images / posts.
Copyright Infringement
• Posts that are copied and pasted from other websites or from the respective authors without their permissions are also prohibited.
Those are the following violations that may be committed by a member. Everyone must internalize and strictly follow those rules. Ignoring those rules may lead to possible penalties and infractions.
NOTE: RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CHATBOX ARE ALSO THE SAME AS WHAT STATED ABOVE.
Spamming:
• Bullying and threatening is also considered as spamming.
• Acting as one of the staffs regardless of position.
• Using offensive words.
Those two are considered as major offenses. Anyone caught from the act by the authorities of the community will be immediately banned from the forums. These kind of reports will be personally reviewed by me. I will be the one to decide if how many days do the user deserves to ban.
• Arguing with other members or staffs.
This is a situational offense and will be reviewed by the Head Moderator.
Advertising
The user who violates this rule will receive an infraction and his / her posts will be moderated immediately. If the user violates this rule three times, he / she will be banned from the forums for 7 days. (Ban penalty will start right after the warning was given to the violator.)
Posting Unwanted & Offensive Materials
A warning will be immediately send to the violator and his / her post will be moderated. There were only 2 warnings for this violation as a limiter. If the violator exceeds from 2 warnings, he / she will be banned for 14 days.
Posting Nude / Pornographic Materials
This is a major offense. The user who violates this rule will received 3 infractions right away and will be banned from the forums for 21 days. If ban penalty was expired, he / she will be able to gain an access in forums but, the violator’s reputation points will be reset.
Copyright Infringement
If the post may infringe the author of that said article, it will be deleted immediately and the user will be informed about his / her posts. I just want to clarify that informing is different in giving infractions. No infractions will be given to the violator of this rule.
Fair Actions
Infractions – Are warnings that may be given for a violator. This kind of warnings can be expired depending on the degree of offenses.
Ban Penalties – Ban penalties are only given to those who commit major offenses. Complicated offenses will be reviewed by me. The number of days that a user will receive this penalty will be depending on me. This is to make sure that fair actions will be taken. All ban penalties will never exceed to 25 days. However, those users who are taking violations repeatedly will be resulting to IP Ban.
Fair Deal For Everyone
Everyone has the right to object our actions taken. Our community wants to be fair for everyone so we are allowing you to object for the actions we are going to do. However, forum moderators of our community are well trained and meet the qualities of a real forum moderator. In case of arguments, I am going to review the Objection Statement of the user. I will also make my own investigation for that said issue and if possible, I will listen to the both sides. I am not going to support my staff’s mistakes. This community will be fair for everyone. Objections may be done by contacting me as PM or via e mail.
